MONTHLY Subscription Details:
Welcome-Home Monthly is a one-year subscription pack of our interchangeable seasonal attachments.
- Choose to receive our dual pack (2) or single pack (1) each month.
- Attachment packs will ship out on or around the 18th of every month.
- Packs will be themed for the upcoming month. For instance; packs shipped in June will contain attachments for July.
- Your subscription will begin the month of sign up and will continue for 12 consecutive months.
- Orders received before the 15th of the month will be shipped with the current month's attachment.
- Orders shipped after the 15th will ship with the next month's attachment.
Welcome-Home Monthly is the perfect way to collect them all or gift them all. You’ll always be ready to update your sign when the next season's attachment arrives at the door.

FAQ’s + Policies
Is there a contract?
- No. You can subscribe month-to-month (cancel anytime) or you can pre-pay for 3 or 6 months at a time.
- If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the ????? of each month. You will get a reminder email on the ????? each month in case you need to make a last minute change to your address or billing information.
How much is shipping?
- Each box has a ???? flat rate and each mailer has a ???? flat rate.
- Shipping cost for Welcome-Home base/signs will be calculated at the checkout.
- At this time, we are only shipping to the United States.
When will my package arrive?
- All monthly boxes and mailers ship at the same time – on or around the 18th of the month – and it should take just a few days to arrive on your doorstep!
- All orders must be placed by the 15th of the month in order to receive that month’s box. If you subscribe after the 15th and want the current month’s box, contact us. Otherwise, you are subscribing for the following month’s box.
Can I give this as a gift?
- Yes! Welcome-Home boards and attachments make excellent gifts. You can add a subscription to your cart and check “This is a gift” at checkout. Choose the length of their subscription whether or not you’d like it to renew. You can leave a gift message which we’ll deliver with the box. Be sure that you correctly enter your billing address but THEIR shipping address.
What is your cancellation policy?
- If you are not completely satisfied with Welcome-Home products, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. To read about cutoff dates and such, click HERE to view our full cancellation policy.
- SORRY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. THE EXCLUSIVE ATTACHMENT IS A SURPRISE SO THAT’S A RISK YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE. If you don’t like the box contents you can cancel at any time. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal.

- If you are not completely satisfied with Welcome-Home products, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.
- In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the ???? of each month.
- Email support@??????? . If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 10th of the month to be eligible for a refund.
- IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE TENTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
